• Technical Data: IP addresses and browser cookies for website optimization.
• Financial Data: Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways. We do not store unencrypted credit card data.

2. Biometric Data (Illinois BIPA Compliance)

To fulfill your luxury concierge service, your event details and contact information will be shared with the Executive Artist & Co-Owner and any assigned Independent Artists. All contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements to ensure your data remains discreet.

4. SMS & Mobile Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related updates (such as arrival times and scheduling changes). You may opt out by replying “STOP.” We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Automated Systems
In compliance with Illinois regulations, if you interact with our website’s automated tools (such as scheduling algorithms), these are used solely to improve efficiency and are not used to make discriminatory decisions regarding service eligibility.

Under 815 ILCS 530/40, we dispose of personal information when it is no longer necessary for business operations. We utilize reasonable security measures to permanently delete or shred records to ensure they are unrecoverable.

7. Illinois Resident Rights

8. Breach Notification
In the event of an unauthorized acquisition of your unencrypted personal information, Chicago Bridal Artists will notify you in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, in accordance with Illinois law.
