Terms and Conditions

A 30% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your date.
Balance is due 7 days prior to the wedding.
Deposits are forfeited upon cancellation.
Client is responsible for all applicable travel fees including mileage ($1/mile outside
Chicago), tolls, valet, and parking.
Travel days over 4 hours will be billed at $450 (less than half-day rate), as artists will be
unavailable for other bookings.
Artists will leave after the final service unless booked for touch-ups at $150/hour. Additional
time is not guaranteed and subject to availability.
Early morning fee: Services starting before 8 AM will incur an additional $50 per hour, per
artist.
A clean, spacious work area and highchairs must be provided.
Artists may bring lighting if natural light is not available.
Client authorizes CBA to use any photos taken before, during, or after services for marketing
and promotional use unless declined in writing.
Client agrees to inform the company of any known allergies or sensitivities. CBA is not liable
for allergic or adverse reactions. Artists may refuse service if contagious conditions are
suspected. If a client chooses to use their own products, they accept full liability for outcomes.
From contract delivery you have 5 business days to complete and send the deposit to secure
the date.
CBA reserves the right to cancel or terminate this agreement for non-compliance or
nonpayment.
Client cancellations made over 30 days before the event will forfeit any/all deposits made.
Client cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will require 100% of the
remaining balance paid in full.
Client agrees that they shall not at any time make any written or oral statements that is
disparaging or derogatory, impugns or impairs the reputation, goodwill or interests of Chicago
Bridal Artists, its members, employees or contractors, or their business, in a negative light,
including, but not limited to, by use of any aliases or on any form of social media, blog, forum
or internet platform. Clients further agrees to address any concerns directly and privately with
Chicago Bridal Artists.
